I-Ching<\/span><\/strong> – Is a\u00a0Chinese oracle used for reflecting on ones current situation, for\u00a0life guidance and to a lesser extent for predicting the future.<\/p>\n

I-Ching is based on abook of ancient origin consisting of 64 interrelated hexagrams along with commentaries attributed to Confucius. Yarrow stalks or coins are cast in order to select one of 64 Hexagrams.<\/p>\n

The hexagrams, originally used for divination, embody Taoist philosophy by describing all nature and human endeavor in terms of the interaction of yin and yang. Also called “Book of Changes<\/em>“–<\/em> one of the five foundation scriptures of Confucianism.<\/p>\n
